Service Description

Restorative practices is a framework used to resolve conflict and address harm to hold the student accountable while problem-solving collaboratively to repair harm. School districts have found that this practice has significantly worked to reduced suspensions and expulsions as a result of incorporating this practice in their schools. Students being able to talk things out and process their behavior has allowed them to see how their behavior affects others and themselves. The students will take part in the decision-making process to repair the harm or damages in lieu of consequences given.
