Service Description

This isn’t a session but is personalized coaching for district leaders and/or school based leaders. This personalized coaching is designed to increase leadership capacity in the participants and requires a commitment from participants to be reflective, receptive and open to feedback. The coaching is available for 3 months, 6 months, or year long.
