Service Description

These sessions are designed for school based leaders and all instructional staffs. The staff members will be trained in leadership techniques and strategies that increase their capacity in all areas including but not limited to: instruction, culture, climate, coaching, alternatives to suspension and expulsion, and feedback to other staff members.
