Service Description

These sessions require classroom observations of every classroom, by our staff and feedback is given the school based leaders. These sessions also require school based leaders to accompany our staff during a round of informal observations to calibrate the expectations of each teacher. The expectation is that this will clarify for the school based leaders and teachers how to improve student behavior and student achievement.
